Unfortunately we are unable to offer returns on any customised products. Once your order has been placed and your item design has been signed off, it is then sent to production. Your item(s) can NOT be cancelled after its been signed off.
If there is a mistake with your order/order, or the items have been damaged you need to contact us within 5 days of receipt of the item(s) so that we can arrange a replacement.
