Can I change my delivery time?

When your local courier has received your parcel you may receive an estimated delivery window by SMS or email on your tracking. As the couriers follow assigned routes we are unfortunately unable to offer specified delivery times.

If your parcel has been sent with DPD then you will have many options for leaving in a safe place or even delivering to an alternative address.

Unfortunately if your item was sent using Royal Mail then you will not be able to change a delivery time.
